先月に引き続き、まだ朝晩と昼の寒暖差が激しく、就寝前に服薬(眠気が強くなるので)する事が多いです。12月後半に入り、ぐっと寒さが強まり、体調不良やイライラが抑えきれない事もしばしば。12月は師走。本当にやる事が多くて負担も増えます。
